i had a lovely stay at the radisson during my recent trip. the unique charm of the hotel’s historic architecture really stood out, reminding me of my previous visit to scranton, which didn’t offer as much character. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food at trax was delicious, making it a memorable experience.

    the room wasn’t soundproof enough.

    Charming, charming, charming.

I loved my stay! The historic architecture is fine, especially the gorgeous stained glass ceiling that adds an enchanting touch. Dining at Trax was a delight, with great food and a unique ambiance reminiscent of original train platforms. I felt completely immersed in the charm of this place!

impressive historic stay with some minor hiccups

    historic building
    great location

    cleanliness concerns
    slow service
    unresolved issues

The building has a stunning historic charm and the location is ideal for exploring the area. However, I experienced some challenges with housekeeping, as my room had visible cleanliness issues that were not promptly addressed. There's potential for improvement in the dining experience too, as the service during my dinner was slower than expected.

The hotel is a nostalgic gem with stunning marble and a beautiful Tiffany glass ceiling! The manager was delightful, sharing tales of the historic rail-station vibes, making my short stay quite memorable!

But, my room smelled like a steam engine after a long trip—yikes! I mean, if I wanted a train experience, I'd just book a seat!
